Understanding the anatomy, aging alterations, and determining the etiopathogenesis of dark circles are important for the correct diagnosis and treatment determination. The use of collagen biostimulators may be a treatment option for this region. Biostimulators can act in the deepest regions of the dermis, stimulating collagen production through localized subclinical inflammatory responses. They are biocompatible materials, with biodegradation, presenting minimal adverse events and good results. Currently, there are few studies that prove the safety of treatments such as collagen biostimulators, based on hyperdiluted calcium hydroxyapatite, used in the infraorbital region. The objective of this work is to report a clinical case with the use of a biostimulator based on hyperdiluted Calcium hydroxyapatite, for the treatment of infraorbital hyperpigmentation. The expected results be a decrease in infraorbital hyperpigmentation, improvement of the tear trough fold, by improving the support and firmness of the skin, with facial rejuvenation.
