Dark circles are a very frequent complaint and filling the lower eyelids is a great challenge and is aesthetically unpleasant for many individuals, especially women, and can occur in all age groups. This region has very thin tissue layers and complex anatomy, and there is still great difficulty in choosing the appropriate filler as well as the application plan. The objective of this clinical case report would be to promote biostimulation using polydioxanone (PDO) suture threads, generally smooth cannulated threads, to improve the texture and sagging of the region through collagen induction associated with a type of filler, such as hydroxyapatite of hyperdiluted calcium injected deeper in a supraperiosteal location. As a result, an improvement in the quality and dermal thickness, a rejuvenation of the periorbital region, and a decrease in flaccidity are expected.
