The mechanical liposuction of the submentual fat is a highly effective procedure when compared to other options. The objective of this paper is to produce a brief literature review about the submentual liposuction and to describe a case report of mechanical submentual liposuction. Through the results, it can be concluded that the treatment was effective and satisfactory for the patient.
