In detail, these techniques have been used in skin rejuvenation of the face, neck, décolleté, and for the body. However, despite the indication for facial skin rejuvenation with hyperdiluted calcium hydroxyapatite, studies that demonstrate the results in lower eyelids with dermal sagging are still lacking. Thus, the aim of this study was to report a clinical case in which the technique with hyperdiluted calcium hydroxylapatite in 2 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride was used in a patient who had this condition. Three sessions were held, one every 30 days. Digital color facial photographs were taken. Left and right profile views were obtained at baseline, before the session, 4 weeks after the last session and at the end of follow‐up after 2 month. Preliminary results showed that injecting a hyperdiluted solution into the subdermis improves the skin laxity due to neocollagenesis and elastogenesis with minimum immediate volumizing effect.
