The objective of this paper is to report a clinical case, in which a connective tissue graft was used by the VISTA technique (Vestibular Incision Subperiosteal Tunnel Access) to gain thickness of the peri-implant mucosa in the premaxillary region. Conclusion: the technique proved to be satisfactory and predictable of success, and could be an excellent alternative for procedures to increase the thickness of the peri-implant mucosa.
