Bruno Costa Martins de Sá¹ Claudio Ferreira Nóia² Felipe Germoglio Cardoso Macêdo³ Gabriel Albuquerque Guillen4 Tarcio Hiroshi Ishimine Skiba5 ABSTRACT The collection of autogenous bone has always represented a surgical procedure of great morbidity over the years in Implantology. However, in recent years, this issue has been especially overcome with the emergence of new materials, the use of which causes less surgical trauma. In this sense, the objective of the present study was to report a clinical case with the use of collecting trephines, showing the clinical professional another device to optimize his results. Descriptors: Bone graft, morbidity, collecting trephines. 1 Coordinator of the Specialization in Implantology – SOEP / RO. 2 Prof. CBMF Area – FOP / UNICAMP. 3 Master’s student at CBMF – FOP / UNICAMP. 4 PhD student at CBMF – FOP / UNICAMP. 5 PhD student in Implantology – UNG.
