Understanding aging as a multifactorial process often makes it necessary to combine techniques to obtain the best results, whether surgical or non-surgical techniques. One of the points that bother many patients is the aged appearance of the lower eyelids with the ptosis of the fat in that region. Until a few years ago, in order to obtain a satisfactory result, blepharoplasty surgeries were resorted to, the postoperative period of which causes edema, bruises and can cause patients to be away from work and social life for several days. Alternatively, fat emptiers (emptiers) can be used to reduce lower eyelid fat through a minimally invasive technique (mesotherapy), in which small amounts of drugs are permeated into the subcutaneous fatty tissue, causing its lipolysis, bringing a more harmonious contour to that region. This paper presents a clinical case of an elderly patient with mild extrusion of the lower eyelid fat compartment. After evaluation, the use of Emptiers, the Slimming Cocktail®, by Toskani Farmacêutica, was proposed. The results showed regression of the lower palpebral fat, in addition to the attenuation of fine lines, whitening and giving greater shine to the skin. It is concluded that this technique, if well indicated, is safe and effective in the treatment of fat ptosis in the lower palpebral region, avoiding or delaying blepharoplasty surgeries.
