Aging leads to loss of volume in all layers of the anatomical structure of the face due to bone remodeling and the consequent sagging of superficial fat pads. This process begins at the end of the second decade and the beginning of the third decade of life, and is associated with the appearance of several signs of aging. The use of fillers can correct the signs of aging by restoring volume to the soft tissue layers and supraperiosteal level. The Polycaprolactone-based biostimulator is a filler composed of Polycaprolactone microspheres (30%) suspended in a carboxymethylcellulose vehicle (70%). Ellansé® is considered the gold standard by activating fibroblasts to produce type I collagen, leaving the skin firmer, improving texture and brightness, and leaving its contours more defined due to its filling effect. This work presents a case report that used Ellansé® on a 53-year-old patient, and it is expected that there will be a replacement of the volume lost by age and an improvement in the dermal quality.
