It is known that it occurs in a three-dimensional way, that is, in all face planes. These alterations include changes in facial morphology caused by loss of bone quality, muscle, subcutaneous and dermal tissues, which leads to the appearance of several deformities. In this report, it is presented the case of a 47-year-old patient who complained of the “tired look”, loss of “cheekbone” volume, lack facial contours definition and dissatisfaction with lip filling previously performed by another professional. After correct diagnosis and planning, it was demonstrated with the results, that it is possible to meet patient’s expectation using minimally invasive procedures of Orofacial Harmonization to restructure the face, restoring youthfulness, attractiveness, self-esteem and restoring harmony and proper proportions.
