Upon clinical examination, an extensive composite resin restoration was found on element 21, showing vestibular overcontouring and poor staining. After analysis of the case, the adopted treatment was to replace it with a feldspar ceramic laminate. For this, it was approved by CEP / FPM, Voucher Number: 019237/2019 and CCAE: 08994919.4.0000.8078. As the dental element was buccal, it was essential to make a diagnostic wax to ensure the preparation of a minimally invasive preparation. Initially for dental preparation, high speed diamond drills were used, followed by ultrasonic tips for finishing. The preparation was molded with addition silicone and a photographic protocol for color selection was made using the Elabor-aid method. The model was then cast, and on it was made the ceramic laminate that was tasted in the mouth, and after patient approval was cemented using thermomodified composite resin. In this phase the following protocol was followed: absolute isolation, prophylaxis of dental preparations, acid etching and application of adhesive system. The inner surface of the laminate was  conditioned and then applied silane and adhesive system. The composite resin was heated and inserted into the surface of the laminates, which were positioned over the dental preparations with the aid of the ultrasonic instrument to its final position. After removal of the excesses, the curing of the set, polishing of the adhesive interface, occlusal adjustments and final polishing were performed.
