This clinical case aims to present indications, against indications, advantages, disadvantages, techniques and materials used, and the limitations of the direct facet with composite resin, with aesthetic results conservative and satisfactory in the desirable aesthetic standards. Empress Direct nanoparticulate composite resin with enamel and dentin characteristics was used to reproduce them correctly, as well as to restore color, shape, volume and texture, as well as the restoration of a correct occlusal pattern. In conclusion, the direct composite resin facet consists of an excellent and golden results technique, as well as being an economical and conservative procedure when compared to other techniques.
