The result showed satisfaction expressed by the patient. It was concluded that the tooth whitening technique was effective, facilitating the reach of mimicry and ideal color of the composite resin to be employed; the use of the palatal guide made of addition silicone allowed adequate anatomy of the lingual face and definition of the contour; the treatment performed presented excellent reproduction of the shape, color and texture of the dental structure, allowing the restoration of a harmonious smile.
