The standard imposed on the beauty of the smile, brings to the office complex situations of aesthetic need in teeth with unfavorable shape and coloration, often associated with the short time to perform the work. One of the most widely used systems today is CAD/CAM, which allows you to perform highly aesthetic, well-adapted work in a short time. Therefore, this case report aims to present an aesthetic rehabilitation with ceramic restorations, involving the upper anterior elements, using the CEREC – SIRONA CAD / CAM system.
