ABSTRACT
Knowledge about facial anatomy and beauty is indispensable for the conduct of injectable treatment. An option to be offered to patients seeking aesthetic tissue compensation is hyaluronic acid filling, especially in patients who don’t accept orthognathic surgery. This clinical report aims to describe the filling of the lower third of the face using 17ml of hyaluronic acid to compensate tissue profile of a malocclusion Angle class II patient and to attenuate his facial features. The result was satisfactory, with changes in contour and profile, volumetric correction and improvement in facial harmony.
