Facial aesthetics influence the individual’s perception of himself, interfering in the personality, self-esteem, and social acceptance. A treatment option for patients seeking for face harmonization is profilebioplasty. In this case report, it is described an innovative, safe, and effective technique to improve facial pleasantness. It is a filling technique performed with materials compatible with the body’s tissues (hyaluronic acid), where the application of fillers in the nose (rhinomodelling), facial contour and the mentual region are associated. It can be performed at the outpatient clinic with low risk of complications.
