To reduce the signs, several compounds are used that promote the improvement of facial contours, including collagen biostimulators, which act by improving wrinkles, expression lines and facial flaccidity (facial lifiting). Twenty-four scientific articles were used, which fit the following words ‘poly-l-lactico’, ‘radiesse’, ‘elanse’, ‘face’, and ‘rejuvenation’, from the platforms PubMed, Scielo and Lilacs in exclusion criteria of 10 years. Sculpra, Ellansé and Radiesse, the main biostimulators in the Brazilian market were presented and also the main characteristics of each one were shown, such as history of the compound, function, action in the organism, method of application, contraindication and adverse reactions and their differences, which guide the choice of material by the professional. The search for aesthetic, non-invasive procedures, in order to circumvent the signs of aging, has been gradually increasing, with this, so we observe the therapy with collagen biostimulators in the Brazilian market, whose main types are Sculpra, Radiesse and Ellansé, which act by stimulating collagen synthesis, and that have all their particularities.
