When a dental element has an indication for extraction, but there is still a preserved interdental papillae and/or gingival contour, a clinical practice is a gentle treatment that can be performed either by a temporary crown, or by a personalized healer in cases that installed implant does not allow immediate loading. In this article, a clinical case is reported that aims to describe an alternative technique for healing the scar and provisional inspection that occurs after extraction, using fluid resin. The maintenance of gingival architecture by the technique avoided the need for procedures for manipulating of soft tissue, reducing cost, time, and trauma of treatment.
