Lifting with PDO thread is safe and effective for facial renewal and has low incidence of complications. The layer of correct insertion is subcutaneous cellular tissue (SMAS). A clinical case was reported in this article where PDO threads, (COG), were used to stimulate collagen in treatment of skin-deep sagging in nasolabial fold, associated with hyaluronic acid filling, in the same region. Improved skin texture and reduction in deep furrow were noted. Thus, non-surgical lifting, performed using threads, appears as an option in treatment of initial flaccidity, aiming promoting facial elevation, that is, tissues repositioning and reduction of expression lines, associated with the use hyaluronic acid as a complement, after 30 days.
