The evolutionary processes also allowed the need to provide information on how to find a method that facilitates the execution of tasks in less time and with more predictable results, from crown planning to a rehabilitation complex case. The aesthetics requirement associated with functionality has been widely discussed and compared by patients, professionals, and the academic community in the health field. Thus, this article reports a case and describes the planning and clinical sequence that was carried out for the rehabilitation of elements 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 with ceramic laminates, following the completely digital flow. The aesthetic result was excellent, producing a high degree of patient satisfaction. It is essential the integration of the dentistry surgeon in the execution of planning and monitoring of the prosthetic work.
