With the advancement of Dentistry, it is possible to minimally invasive aesthetic resolutions such as porcelain dental veneers and the use of botulinum toxin and fillers like hyaluronic acid to dental and facial aesthetic harmonization. The development of materials with low toxicity and high biocompatibility, as fillers, and materials that enable better adhesion and preservation of tooth structure made it possible to meet the expectations of the patient quickly, predictable, simple and in a secure way. The aim of this work is to report a case in which the patient had teeth with variation in the color, shape, size and position, as well as facial expression marks around the eyes and on the forehead region, showing little maxillary and labial volume. The treatment for facial and smile aesthetics resolution was multidisciplinary. Was proposed home tooth whitening with 16% Carbamide Peroxide, porcelain dental veneers, lip filler with hyaluronic acid and application of botulinum toxin for smoothing the expression marks in the regions of the muscles frontalis, corrugator, procerus and orbicularis oculi. The multidisciplinary treatment was crucial solving the esthetic of the smile. It was established proportion of shape, color, size and position, as well as facial harmonization with the use of botulinum toxin to soften expression marks and facial fillers to restore labial and maxillary volume.
