These signs increasingly motivate patients to seek facial rejuvenation treatments. So Polydioxanone Threads (PDO) are gaining more and more prominence as a protocol of collagen fibers induction in the majority of collagen type 1 and tissue remodeling. The methodology consisted of a clinical case report with the objective of assessing lifting effect and collagen synthesis capacity of PDO lifting threads (I-Thread) for 60 days. The results obtained were highly satisfactory. It was concluded that facial lifting and increase of neocollagenesis with the use of PDO lifting threads (I-thread) is evident.
