The region of premolars and molars is the most affected area, with prevalence in young adults. The differential diagnosis should be made with condensed osteitis, osteoblastoma, odontoma, cemento-osolificant fibroma, periapical cemental dysplasia and hypercementosis. Histopathologically, it appears as a mass that resembles mineralized cementum and fibrovascularized stroma, interposed by cementoblasts. The aim of this article was to report a clinical case of an infected benign cementoblastoma located in the region of the left lower third molar in a 32-year-old patient whose treatment was exeresis under local anesthesia, and healing was performed by second intention due to the infectious process installed. Keywords: Odontogenic tumors, cementoma, oral surgery, oral neoplasms.   1 Dr. in Dentistry – UFPB, Full Professor of CTBMF – FOR/FOPCB. 2 Spec. in CTBMF FACSET – CPGO/CIODONTO, Prof. of Surgery BMF – UNINASSAU, Recife/PE. 3 Dr. in Dentistry – UFPE, Prof. of BMF Surgery – FOR/PE. 4 Sp. in BMF Surgery – FACSET – CIODONTO-CPGO/PE, Me. in Dentistry – UFPE. 5 Sp. in BMF Surgery – FACSET/CIODONTO-CPG0/PE, Private Clinic. 6 Graduated in Dentistry – FOR/PE, Private Clinic.
