Lip lifting procedures have been started decades ago, with the intention of restoring rejuvenation to the face, bringing with them several benefits, including: increased tooth exposure, increased lip vermilion, leading to superior lip eversion and, at the same time, a gain in volume in that region. The surgical techniques for performing the lip lift are numerous, bringing both benefits and disadvantages. In this article, the technique addressed was the subnasal incision or buffalo horn, being a relatively simple technique, with satisfactory results, bringing with it many benefits, showing that it is possible to achieve great results in the search for perioral rejuvenation, and that the resulting scar is subtle, and therefore should not be a relevant factor, preventing the performance of the lip lifting.
