Abstract
The cases of teeth stained by ingestion of tetracyclines in the formation stages of the dental organ certainly present a challenge to restorative dentistry. This paper reports an alternative of aesthetic resolution with E.MAX lithium disilicate laminates and choirs, where the biggest challenge was the masking of the darkened substrate resulting from severe tetracycline staining describing the step by step, from the planning with the aid of diagnostic waxing, to the end result with aesthetic and longevity expectations.
