The orthodontic mini-implants came to be a definitive method, an efficient anchoring method, which are used to optimize results with simpler mechanics. The present study aims to present a Class III clinical case in an adult patient treated with a Versatile Skeletal Anchoring Plate (PVAE) supported on mini-implants installed on the palate and minimplants installed in the posterior region of the mandible. Results: After 11 months of treatment, the anterior crossbite was completely corrected and a Class I molar and canine relationship was achieved. There was a significant improvement in the patient’s profile, showing a harmonious face and a pleasant facial profile. Conclusions: The combination of the use of the Versatile Skeletal Anchoring Plate in the palate, mini-implants in the posterior mandible and Lingual Orthodontics, for Class III compensatory cases, was shown to be a viable option.
