Patients with the purpose and willing to obtain monetary advantages in the face of dental therapies are common today. Notice those who are not loyal to one or two professional colleagues about their treatments and complain a lot about those who have seen you before. These are called problem patients, who demand already busy or exclusive schedules, disrespect secretaries and receptionists, even with threats, do not accompany their minor children in a long orthodontic treatment and then forget that they signed a contract and demand a copy of it, claiming that it is “a right” that it’s up to them.
