Tent screws are surgical artifacts that help maintain space for bone regeneration, serving as support for membranes, in addition to serving as fixing and stabilizing agents. The Tenda DM® Screw is a set consisting of an anchor screw, self-tapping, polished, with slightly conical body. It has a slot for insertion wrench in the square format and has an internal thread to receive a cover screw that stabilizes the membrane easily, helping to maintain space for bone regeneration. This work reports the use of the tent screw and the customized titanium mesh in a simultaneous vertical and horizontal bone augmentation procedure. The six-month tomographic follow-up shows excellent stability of the whole, without complications in the soft tissues.
