The greatest difficulty in carrying out treatment with barriers is related to its high index of exposure to the oral environment and consequent infection and graft loss. Therefore, we present in this work a step-by-step on how to perform the procedure using the Cytoplast barrier reinforced with titanium with clinical predictability.
