Bruno Costa Martins de Sá1 Claudio Ferreira Nóia2 Felipe Germoglio Cardoso Macêdo3 Gabriel Albuquerque Guillen4 Carolina Ventura5 ABSTRACT The reconstruction of bone defects using only biomaterial represents a major advance within Implantology. However, it is increasingly clear that it is necessary to observe some parameters so that this can be done with predictability and success. In this sense, the objective of the present work was to show clinical situations that lead to the best surgical technique that we must choose in the clinical routine.
