One of the most commonly used methods today is the mandibular propeller10. 10 After 5 years of clinical use of the PowerScope5,8 thruster, and more than 100 cases treated, it is now possible to look back on its use and see the clinical details that have been developed in recent years in order to make this therapeutic modality quite predictable and efficient.
