Dental bleaching and restorations in composite resins are long-lasting options for returning the patient to esthetics and function in short clinical time and low cost. The objective of this study was to report the clinical case of a young patient dissatisfied with the appearance of his smile, which presented class IV restorations in the anterior superior teeth. For the aesthetic rehabilitation, the external dental bleaching was performed by the office technique and the replacement of the old composite resin restorations on the teeth 11, 12 and 21 with the aid of a silicone matrix so that there was a faithful reproduction of the shape and contour of the dental elements . It was concluded that this functional and aesthetic rehabilitation provided the patient with harmony in his smile, improvement in self-esteem and satisfaction with the final result achieved.
