Collagen biostimulators are a great treatment option for cases of skin aging, loss of volume and sagging, as they are biocompatible and resorbable materials, used with minimally invasive techniques that stimulate neocolagenesis through a controlled subclinical inflammatory response. They are mainly indicated to recolagenize the dermis and also to restore facial volumes. The present paper reports the case of a 62-year-old woman with significant volumetric loss on her face and an advanced aging skin, perceived by the lack of tone, elasticity and hydration, with crepe paper appearance. The patient was treated with only one session of calcium hydroxylapatite application in the temporal and frontal areas and middle and lower thirds of the face. The results became remarkable and significant immediately after the procedure and 90 days after, leaving the patient extremely satisfied, improving the appearance of the skin and the esthetics of the face.
