The surgery is fast and safe, as long as the professional is aware of the anatomical structures adjacent to the Bichat fat pad, thus avoiding any type of complication. The aim of this paper is to present a report of a bichectomy procedure performed by a dental surgeon in a female patient, whose complaint was excessive volume of the lower third of the face. The aesthetic results of this procedure promote to the patient a better cheeks contour, reducing them, and highlighting the malar region, providing greater facial harmony.
