A mentum with asymmetry, or even a scar, can compromise the individual’s aesthetics and self-esteem. The aim of this paper is to report the case of a patient with a depressed scar in the region of the chin after an orthognathic surgery for anterior repositioning of the mandible with advancement mentoplasty. This depression was visible at rest and even more evident when in motion. After correct diagnosis and planning, the result showed that it is possible to meet the patient’s complaint and expectations using a minimally invasive treatment in Orofacial Harmonization in a quickly, safely, effectively, and with an excellent cost-benefit manner.
