Female intimate aging involves the reduction of the vulvar epithelium, loss of fat in the labia majora, and connective tissue laxity. In this report, we present three cases of female intimate rejuvenation using a combined approach that involves the use of UP Deep® Hyaluronic Acid gel and the Pluryal Shine® mixture for lightening and regeneration. The results demonstrated effectiveness in improving the appearance of the labia majora and lightening the treated area, with patient satisfaction and no observed side effects. Further studies are needed to assess the long-term durability of these results and to establish more precise guidelines for the use of these combined approaches.
