The position of each accessory, determined by the software, is transferred to the three-dimensional patient model on which a transfer device for indirect bonding (IC) of brackets is produced. IC allows an improvement in the precision of orthodontic accessory bonding, decreasing the time and cost of treatment due to a lower need for finishing folds and repositioning of the brackets. The clinical case presented aims to present an orthodontic treatment using the IC method with virtual positioning of brackets designed by the system eXceed™. The positioning of the brackets programmed by the eXceed™ system allowed for an “ideal” positioning of the teeth, dispensing with the implementation of finishing bends and providing a balanced occlusion. This new technology proved to be efficient and effective, and the orthodontic setup provided by the system was in agreement with the final result of the orthodontic treatment. Descriptors: CAD-CAM, digital models, corrective orthodontics, fixed orthodontic appliance. Abstract CAD/CAM systems, including the eXceed™ system, allow orthodontists to perform diagnosis, treatment plan, and virtual positioning brackets. The positioning of each bracket, determined by the software, is transferred to a three-dimensional patient model enabling to build an indirect bonding (IB) tray. IB allows improvement in the ideal bracket positioning, decreasing treatment time and cost due to less detailed finishing bends and/or bracket repositioning. The clinical case report purpose is to present an orthodontic treatment using IB with virtual bracket positioning using eXceed™ system. The bracket virtual positioning from eXceed™ system allowed an ideal final teeth positioning eliminating detailed finishing bends and reaching the ideal occlusion as planned. This new technology has shown to be efficient and effective, and the three-dimensional orthodontic virtual setup has been in agreement with the final treatment occlusion.
