People of all ages and genders are looking for a young and attractive face. The lips are essential for a smile, as they are present in the harmony of the face and in the beauty of the face. For these reasons, dermal fillers with hyaluronic acid have been growing in recent years. In addition to improving aesthetics, lip filling has a functional and preventive indication, being considered a safe, minimally invasive procedure with immediate results. This filling is reversible with the subsequent application of an enzyme. The objective of this work is to report a clinical case of lip filling with hyaluronic acid, with the intention of improving the aesthetics of the lips and the labial region, achieving patient satisfaction.
