Most professionals use only the toxin as a treatment for glabellar wrinkles, and currently some choose to associate the toxin with hyaluronic acid. Recently, a toxin associated with polydioxanone thread (PDO) has generated promising results in the rejuvenation of the glabellar region. The objective of the present work is to evaluate the association of botulinum toxin with PDO threads to balance the musculature and smooth the static wrinkles of the glabellar region, optimizing results.
