Vol. 13 – Number 50 – 2022 PLS CADERN Case Report Page 138-142 Prosthetically guided alveolar maintenance with PEEK scar – clinical case report João Moretti Junior¹ Cristiane de Oliveira Iamada¹ Abstract This article aimed to present a clinical case whose healing was made using the multifunctional component of PEEK. This is a customizable biocompatible polymer with good adhesion to resins. The case described is an immediate implant in the region of 15, installed with a palatal approach and filling the vestibular gap with an alloplastic graft (Nanosynt). The case was monitored until the final prosthesis was made, in which the maintenance of the architecture of the peri-implant tissues in terms of health and aesthetics was verified. Descriptors: Alveolar process, dental implants, gingival recession. ¹ Private Practice – São José do Rio Preto/SP. DOI: 10.24077/2022;135001306
