However, it is known that the earlier this malocclusions is dealt with, better will be the prognosis, essentially if the predicament is skeletal. Wanting to exemplify such a fact, this work presents a patient with skeletal class II malocclusion and jaws protrusion, treated in the mixed dentition through a modifi ed Thurow device.
