Vol. 5 – Number 19 – 2024 Case report Page 14-29 Injectable bio-ortomolecular facial naturalization with: mixbooster, L-Polylactic Acid (PLLA), Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) and electrophotothermotherapy resources Ricardo Loss¹ ABSTRACT More and more patients are looking for aesthetic procedures that leave a natural appearance, especially on the face. Facial harmonization has increasingly made the population afraid of seeking a facial treatment due to the artificial results and facial standardization proposed by most aesthetic professionals. The aging process begins at an intracellular level, causing biochemical and physiological imbalances associated with intrinsic and extrinsic intoxications that occur chronologically. The proposal for natural rejuvenation consists of cleansing the body of toxins, through detoxification and the use of antioxidant active ingredients, nourishing the body with macro and micro nutrients and then treating the patient with specific aesthetic procedures. The objective of this case report was to carry out a complete treatment program respecting the patient’s individuality, naturally and from the inside out, with vitamin and mineral replacement and aesthetic treatments with injectables associated with electrophotothermotherapy resources. The results showed effectiveness in improving facial tissue sagging and benefits for the patient’s overall health, proving that aesthetics can be performed in a natural, safe, effective way and providing a better quality of life for the patient. The association of injectable procedures and electrophotothermotherapy resources performed synergistically on the same day, that is, the same session, was effective and showed a satisfactory result for facial rejuvenation and the promotion of facial naturalization.
