Over the time there has been an evolution in the characteristics of these wires, in this case we will be using fifth generation wires. This clinical case report describes the technique of placing facial threads, using the All on Five® method. The planning carried out was guided by facial photographs, evaluation and diagnosis of the conditions of the soft and hard tissues. The described technique uses the knowledge of the face anatomy, considering the position of facial tissues such as muscles, face retaining ligaments among others. The treatment with threads provides a face with a younger appearance by repositioning face soft tissues.
