This practical guide was built in two parts: the first one was intended to contribute to the clinical practice of the dental surgeon to identify the forms of disease that affect the peri-implant tissues, forms of diagnosis and identification of etiological factors/risk indicators; and the second part will deal with forms of treatment illustrated with clinical images to facilitate learning.
