The presence of a gingival smile is one of the factors that most bother the individual. This case report demonstrates the performance of gingivectomy with flapless osteotomy in the anterior superior teeth, associated with ceramic laminates. Thanks to this approach, a satisfactory result of the gingival contours and dental formats was achieved in relation to the lip.
