After the digital surgical planning, the implant is performed through a prototyped surgical guide. Thus, there is no need for cuts and incisions in the gingiva, only small perforations in the soft tissues of the dental arch. This article reports a clinical case of guided dental implantation. Keywords: Dental implantation, computer-assisted surgery, oral rehabilitation.   1 Spectrum in Implant Dentistry – Avantis CRO – Ponta Grossa/PR. 2 Prof. of Orthodontics, Orthodontics Department – CESCAGE – Ponta Grossa/PR. 3 PhD student in Dentistry – UEPG – Ponta Grossa/PR. 4 Sp. in Radiology – UFSC, Administration and Management Sp. in Public Health – FIO CRUZ, Me. in Dentistry – UNICASTELO. 5 Prof. of Dentistry – Faculdade Guairacá, Prof. of Integrated Clinic – UEPG, Prof. of Post-Graduation in Dentistry – Faculdade Paulo Picanço.
