The aim of this paper is to report a case with 13 years of follow-up of a patient with a history of hemimandibulectomy for the treatment of ameloblastoma and who underwent multiple mandibular surgical interventions, such as osteogenic distraction, rehabilitation with osseointegrated implants, and implant prosthesis, in addition to prosthesis customized condylar. At the moment, the patient is in the first postoperative year of the condylar prosthesis installation, showing improvement in occlusal stability and mandibular contour. Therefore, the installation of the custom prosthesis of the temporomandibular joint can provide a reliable alternative for reconstruction, allowing the mimicry of the functional anatomy of these patients, the restoration of the facial contour after the required disarticulation, as well as the recovery of occlusal and masticatory stability.
