Small nasal defects can be corrected with fillers. Hyaluronic acid is one of the most commonly used fillers lately due to efficacy, predictability, reversibility, local anesthesia, rapid patient recovery, and few postoperative complications. The objective of this study was to present a case report based on rhinomograms as a safe application protocol and its advantages to the surgeon. It was concluded that rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid is a minimally invasive procedure and few side effects when respecting the limits of each region. Regarding the clinical case, there was an evident improvement in the deformities and nasal contour in the photographic evaluation performed immediately after the reported procedure. The patient informed that she’s pleased with the result.
