Breaking paradigms – an efficient protocol to harmonize and rejuvenate the face associating treatments

The patient’s expectation to solve the “weights” that influence the beauty and harmony of the face is very high. The most suitable treatments to treat sagging tissue, were plastic surgery. The understanding about the aging process, the evolution of studies of face anatomy and the materials that can be used to manage tissue modifications, brought a possibility of minimally invasive treatments and with results that meet the patient’s expectations. For a long time and even today, a scientific literature points to unsatisfactory results for the repositioning of facial fat using techniques with polydioxanone yarns (PDO). The aim of this study is to present a clinical case treated within the philosophy of the Roberta Fontanari Institute, with the RJK ® verticalization protocol and to show how three-dimensional treatment can be more efficient to obtain the results that patients seek in our offices when they do the option for a non-surgical treatment.
