The recovery process is simple, less invasive and quick, and can meet the needs of patients with mild or medium sagging of the face. The aim of this report is to describe a clinical case using polydioxanone COG threads, in a patient with facial asymmetry, in order to perform a face lift and promote better face balance. The technique is minimally invasive and can provide a simple and quick recovery, meeting the patient’s needs. The aesthetic results with the use of spiculated polydioxanone threads, in addition to promoting facial rejuvenation, made it possible to correct asymmetry with the insertion of additional threads on the side with greater ptosis, restoring better facial balance.
