With the evolution of ceramic materials, resin cements, acid etching techniques, and silanization agents, ceramic laminates are now one of the best alternatives for rehabilitation of anterior teeth that require aesthetic restorative treatments. Given this evolution, this case report aims to demonstrate the association of high quality materials with laser periodontal surgery, promoting a minimally invasive Dentistry that provides surprising results in the clinic. Descriptores: Dental esthetic, diastema, contact lenses. ¹ Dr. in Medical Sciences – UNB, Me. In Dentistry – UNITAU, Esp. in Prosthesis ABO – Taguatinga.
